Appitsimple, better known for its innovative “Digital Products” – CallHippo and SoftwareSuggest has announced the investment of 200K USD in Enthu.AI Ankit Dudhwewala, the founder of Appitsimple has also invested in his personal capacity.

The funding will help Enthu.AI accelerate its engineering and sales efforts and move a step forward towards its vision of enabling contact centres to deliver better customer outcomes.

Contact centres of today rely on manual conversation monitoring to improve agent performance. However, this labour-intensive process means no more than 1-2% of the conversations get sampled, leaving a huge data set & opportunity back on the table. Enthu’s sophisticated AI technology & analytics engine ensure contact centres get insights from every single conversation, without the need to manually monitor each conversation minute by minute.
