In the spirit of promoting holistic wellness on International Yoga Day 2021, Brookfield Properties is hosting a 3-day virtual fitness workshops under the ‘Positive Pulse Initiative’. The company has collaborated with Crush Fitness India to host the workshops with three leading fitness influencers: Sheeba Akashdeep, Ira Trivedi and Sunaina Rekhi. The event is live from today (June 21), followed by June 23 (5 pm) and June 25 (8 am).

Day 1 (June 21) will be led by Sheeba Akashdeep, an RYS 200/Yoga Alliance certified Yoga expert, where she will be taking a session on Yoga for WFH and Immunity Building & Lung Strengthening. Day 2 (June 23) will be mentored by Ira Trivedi, a best-selling author and Yoga Acharya, where she will be teaching Mental Wellness & Yoga. Day 3 (June 25) will be spearheaded by Sunaina Rekhi, a popular Yoga & Lifestyle coach with over 12 years of experience, where she will be giving a training session on Self-love & Body Positivity Yoga, including restorative asanas.

Participants can also check out other training programs on the Crush Fitness India website, which are divided into three parts: 1-on-1 Personal Training for dedicated trainer support, and customized fitness and diet plans; Group Fitness Plans which comprises a wide range of group Live fitness programs by the star trainers; and Goal-based Fitness Plans, which includes pre-built fitness programs with workout and diet plans for specific fitness goals.

Brookfield Properties understands that a focus on fitness somehow gets neglected for professionals while working from home. The launch of the Yoga Day Workshop is aimed to address this concern and help occupants and employees achieve body positivity, promote wellness, strengthen immunity and attain better sleep during these trying times.
