In Addition to that the brand also intends to establish dine-in at  Gurgaon in July,  Chandigarh in September and Mumbai in October consecutively. Through this expansion Fat Lulu plans to scale its operations beyond its current 3 dine-in outlets along with 6 cloud kitchens with an expectation of skewed more toward the dine-in model with a bar.

Fat Lulu focuses on Hand-tossed thin crust, wood-fired pizzas made with the freshest ingredients and imported meats and cheeses. It aims to re-create a typical Brooklyn pizzeria by serving an enticing blend of European, Italian, and New York delicacies. With modern slogans, vintage posters, and rustic wood and iron furnishings gracing the brick walls. As the Covid cases are in control and people are stepping out in 2022, Fat Lulu plans to integrate the dine-in experience with the bar and introduce neapolitan style pizza to all of its locations, in addition to the thin crust that is already available. For a delightful dining experience, the brand also aims to provide handmade pastas and grilled mains. The freshly introduced signature cocktails and the main course are all based on classic recipes that are unmissable.The classic sangria menu has six sangrias created with white, red, and rose wine, as well as a surprise ingredient that adds a unique twist. The mouth-watering Spinach & Broccoli Pasta with cheese sauce, Rigatoni Bolognese, Orecchiette Ratatouille, Classic Pepperoni Pizza, Chicken Bruschetta are the top picks on the food menu to tickle the taste buds.

The roaring twenties inspired restaurant sets the right kind of buzz with An old-world Brooklyn pizzeria charm with exposed brick walls, old copper pipes, stone-patterned floors, big windows and lots of natural light. A performance area for live gigs for jazz & blues bands, standup and improv acts, and karaoke along with A relaxed vibe with deconstructed rustic interiors to showcase the artisanal flare always manages to lighten up the mood of the customers, accompanied by tantalizing food. Fat Lulu uses Italian Forniccaci wood-fired stone ovens to prepare the most genuine thin-crust pizzas. The Copper-coated, wood- fired oven takes the Centre stage in the open kitchen where everyone can watch pizzaiolos prepare pizzas topped with fresh veggies and imported meat.
