As per a Research and Markets study, the Indian breakfast cereals market was valued at Rs 2,256 crore in 2017 and it grew at a 12 per cent CAGR to Rs 3,411 crore in 2020. The breakfast cereals market is projected to register a CAGR of 18% during the forecast period 2021-2026.

In fact, during the pandemic, while businesses were highly affected and the economies of countries shattered, the breakfast cereals market witnessed an accelerated pace of growth and the market size is projected to grow to Rs 4,746 crore in 2022.
