TDI Infratech, the reputed real estate group of North India, has recently signed an agreement to come up with Mohali’s first Drive-Thru restaurant of popular fast food QSR chain McDonald’s, in their one-of-a-kind commercial project, TDI Park Street. The agreement was signed between Connaught Plaza Restaurants Private Limited (Licensee of MacDonald’s in north and east India) under which McDonalds’ has acquired 4,000 sq. ft on the ground level of the ideally located project facing the 200 ft. International Airport Road in Sector 118, Mohali.

Spread over 1.38 acres, the commercial project will have a total built-up area of 1.5 lakh sq. ft and is slated for delivery by December 2022. The project is being developed with a vision to be the most popular retail, food & entertainment hub of the Punjab region. The location has immense potential for outlets such as McDonald’s as it offers seamless connectivity from Chandigarh-Kharar Road to NH-21. The catchment of the project is the TDI smart city residents and nearly three lakh city customers.

The project is inviting various popular food brands from across the world and different states of India. Elaborating upon the recent tie-up Vimal Monga, VP, sales & leasing (commercial), TDI Infratech, said, “Park Street aims to provide an upgraded lifestyle to the residents of the area and overall city of Mohali. The project has been designed to stand out from the rest by combining intellect with futuristic thinking. All our previous projects in this area have got a positive response, and we aim to maintain our strong reputation with the associated stakeholders.”

TDI Park Street will also have Delhi based food court Brand Epicuria offering a gamut of brands such as Dunkin Donuts, Karim’s, Keventers, Vibe(biggest roof-top bar of Punjab), Lazeez Affaire, Beirut, Fio, Flying Saucer. In Mohali, TDI Infratech Limited has a commendable record of delivered projects such as TDI Business Centre, Connaught Plaza, TDI Connaught Place, Taj Plaza, and Mohali.
